Sales Tax (7.75%, required for all California addresses).
Shipping & handling. All programs are shipped by 2nd-day express once released (typically mid-January) for $10 per program in the continental U.S. ($18 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Virgin Islands). Pre-release is shipped approximately 2 weeks earlier, omitting forms not yet completed and all on-screen documents. Call for other locations or shipping methods. Shipping charge is $5 additional for paper manuals and binders, irrespective of the number ordered. Separate charges apply for each separate program ordered.

Paper Manuals:  
Paper Tax Forms Guides are purchased separately from the software. (On-screen versions of the Tax Forms Guides are delivered with all Windows 95 or later versions when the software is released - plus, for Standard and Premium Level updates on CD-ROM, on-screen User's Guide and IRS documents.)

What's Included: 
Economy Updates include only non-graphic printing (our traditional IRS-accepted facsimile printouts) and fill-in. 
Standard Updates include Graphic Printing for main signature forms only. Also, see "CD-ROM versions" below. 
Premium Updates include Graphic Printing for ALL official forms. Also, see "CD-ROM versions" below. 
CD-ROM versions of Standard and Premium 1040 Updates include printable on-screen IRS documents (numerous IRS forms and instructions and related IRS publications) and our on-screen User's Guide. Standard and Premium 540 updates include corresponding FTB documents.

Graphic Printing:
Windows-graphic printing requires a Windows version of our software and a Windows-compatible printer.
Laser-graphic printing requires a printer that emulates an HP laser printer under PCL4 and a compatible tax font, and is included with both Windows and DOS/Win3.1 versions of the appropriate level of Tax Preparer
Premium Level provides graphic printing for all forms. Standard Level provides graphic printing for the main signature form only (Form 1040, Form 1065, Form 540, and Form 8453). Economy Level provides no graphic printing.

Professional e-file:
Requires Windows (95 or later), CD-ROM drive, 50MB available space on hard drive, and internet access.
